"Birchgrove", on the golf course

Tranquility on the golf course! A quiet village set in the Snowy Mountains Hydro scheme, with magnificent views of Kosciuszko national park. Wildlife abounds and the birds of this region all visit the cottage. Enjoy boating, swimming, bushwalking, skiing at Mt Selwyn and of course golf. Or just relax on the deck with a wine and take it all in. The space The Cottage has three large bedrooms (1 x Queen, and 2 x twin bed) that sleep six people comfortably. It has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, two bathrooms (shower and toilet) and a comprehensive kitchen. A comprehensive laundry with free washing machine and dryer included. The rear deck is expansive with dining, lounges and BBQ as well as a drinks fridge. The cottage has a smart TV and free Wifi.
