Welcome to my home, in this cozy little nest: under the Parisian roofs, well-equipped, very quiet. In a charming residential area - One of the most popular neighborhoods of Parisians, the 9th is central, quiet, full of charm and lively - where we like to live and go out for a drink or dinner with friends - Good restaurants, bars and gourmet shops nearby (I'll leave you some good recommendations) 3. My apartment - Small cozy nest, it offers the rare advantage in Paris (believe me!) of being completely isolated from the noise of traffic (even with windows open) - It is small but well thought out, arranged in two rooms that can be closed by a sliding door: a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a bathroom-toilet. - Small plus (which personally reminds me of my childhood): during the day you can hear the bells of the neighborhood church (when the windows are open) - The neighbors on the landings are very discreet and adorable, you can sometimes hear them passing by in the hallway. To respect the tranquility of this place and the good understanding between all of us, it is very important for me to ensure that the tenants will be discreet, especially in the common areas - Note that to get to this pretty cocoon under the sky, you will have to climb the 6 floors on foot!
