Midland's Coziest Condo

Your group will enjoy easy access to anywhere in Midland from this centrally located spot. This townhome has plenty of space for your group to enjoy and relax. Two bedrooms have king beds, and the third with a cozy queen. The loft features office space, a futon for an additional guest (extra bedding and pillows in closet), and space for morning yoga or a light workout. There is also a private patio with a firepit to enjoy in the evenings. Guest access Please do not use garage other than to get to the dumpster. Please make sure garage door fully closes. Other things to note The thermostats are on a timer to go cooler at night and a few degrees warmer during the day to conserve electricity. Please contact host if temperature is not to your liking and host can adjust the thermostats. Please do not wash any dirty dishes in the left side of the sink. The right side has the garbage disposal. Host will send the front door code through messages prior to check-in time.
