Our villa in Karaburun's Mordoğan Neighborhood is located in the KAMUKENT Site at the entrance to Mordoğan. The site has a beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds and is about 2 km from our house. There are more than 10 beaches and bays within a 6 km radius. Manal Bay, Ayıbalığı Bay, Ardıç Beach, Korsan Beach, Mordoğan Beach, Kocakum Beach, Kaynarpınar Beach are some of them. You will love this house, which was completed in June 2024 and we have been accepting guests since then. There is a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. There are a total of four rooms, 2 rooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom, and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. There are double beds in 3 of the rooms and 2 single beds in one room. All the items in the house are new. There is a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, dinnerware for 12 people, cutlery for 12 people, barbecue and basic materials you may need in the kitchen. There are 3 air conditioners, 1 in the living room and 1 in each of the 2 bedrooms. Although you will be staying in a detached house, remember that you will have neighbors around, that the area you will be staying in is a residential area, and show sensitivity as if it were your own home, because we do our best to ensure your comfort at home. - Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 10:00 am. Since the house is large, we are meticulous about cleaning and we are sensitive to hygiene, we make sure that there is a "minimum" 5-hour gap between check-in and check-out times. Please note that there will be a 5-hour gap on the day you check in and this service will also be provided for you. - By law, the identity information of all persons staying in the house must be obtained. The number of people checking in must match the number of people in the reservation and their IDs must be presented. - Guests may be accepted until 10:00 p.m. provided that they are notified in advance, but after this time, there should be no one in the house except the registered guests. - No parties or events with people other than registered guests should be held in the house. A “reasonable number” of guests may be accepted until 10:00 pm, provided that they are notified in advance, but after this time, there should be no one other than the registered guests and no noise should be made. - No smoking in any room of the house.
