Cozy Studio with Seaview in Causeway Bay!

Location: In Causeway Bay, in the trendy area of Fashion Walk, surrounded by many boutique shops and restaurants and close to Causeway bay MTR exit E. It is just 3 min walk to SOGO shopping mall and a few min walk to Hysan Place. The studio is located in a high quality building with nice elevator and security guard. About the studio: it is a 250 Sq ft net unit, with elevator, doorman and digital access code to enter the building and the flat. The space The studio unit has independent toilet and shower. It features a queen sized bedframe and mattress ( 5 ft by 6ft long ) The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. We also have a desk and chair to work from, built in wardrobe to store your clothes , drawers under the bed , TV to relax as well. Additionally, we have a kitchenette with mini fridge, plates , pots , pans , cutlery , hot plate for cooking , microwave , toaster and kettle. Guest access Digital Doorlock Other things to note Extension of stay past check out time ( 11 am ) , is subject to availability and needs to be agreed upon in advance If past 2 pm a full day will be charged ! For stays longer than 2 months we require a 1 month security deposit to be settled via resolution centre in the app We will use the security deposit to offset electricity bills and if you terminate the agreement earlier. In case of early termination , you will lose the security deposit as penalty and any additional penalty imposed by Airbnb under Airbnb terms and conditions. Security deposit will be returned to you after you check out minus electricity bills for the flat. Electricity gets divided equally by number of occupied studio units in the flat every month! Please note we request our guests to provide form of ID after booking confirmation in compliance with Hong Kong immigration laws.
