I am very available and reachable especially by phone so do not hesitate if you have any questions. there are discounts that apply automatically for bookings longer than a week. I can also pick you up or drop you off at the train station or airport depending on my availability (allow +15 euros to pick you up at the airport and +10 euros at the train station). Other things to note I would ask you to please respect a few rules: - please do not close the lock at the top of the entrance door. I also live in the accommodation and, like you, I need to come and go whenever I want - the accommodation will be in a state of impeccable cleanliness upon arrival. Please clean systematically, especially the kitchen, after each use. I am very vigorous about cleanliness and hygiene and I ask you the same in return. - 1 guest maximum and no visitors without my prior consent. If I notice a deception I will cancel your stay immediately for non-compliance with the house rules. - NON-SMOKING apartment. The use of shisha, cigarettes or drugs is strictly prohibited. - no pets in the apartment unless previously agreed - no gatherings/parties in the apartment - no eating in the bedroom please - Please take off your shoes when you come in - if you want to run a washing machine, please provide an extra 5 euros. - regarding balneotherapy, use is only possible from 9am to 7pm. - the apartment's heaters are set to turn on when temperatures are below 20°C. Please do not change the setting. If necessary, this will be charged to you in addition. - any damage or missing items upon checkout will result in additional costs Any non-compliance with these rules will result in serious consequences, including additional cleaning costs.
