Guest access As our guests, you have full access to all areas of the accommodation, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, garden and terrace. We want you to fully enjoy our house and feel at home. Access code and key box: Keypad access: For seamless and secure access, you will receive a personal code for the keypad shortly before your arrival. This allows you to check in flexibly, regardless of your arrival time. Emergency access: In case of technical difficulties or if you need any other assistance, a key box is available next to the mailbox. We will provide you with the code for the lockbox along with the keypad code so that you have access to the accommodation in any case. Other things to note Smoking: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas. Security cameras: For your safety and to protect the property, there are security cameras located outside, including the entrance and garden. These measures are for security purposes only and will not affect the privacy of our guests in any way. Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to maintain good neighborly relations and allow everyone to get a good night's sleep. Parking: Free parking is available on the property as well as on the street. 1 private parking space is marked on the left on the driveway. Long-term stays: Are you interested in a long-term stay?
