We are two young avid renovators just having a go and creating beautiful rooms and homes to stay in (as we do a lot of travelling ourselves for work). Perfect for working professionals, locum Doctors, resi school students, passing through and holidayers we can cater to you. 3 styled bedrooms, 3 queen beds, sleeps 6, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, 5-6 seater lounge, back and front deck, gas heating in loungeroom, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, wifi, full fridge/freezer, 3+ off street parking opportunities (1 designated spot, 1 undercover spot and drive through backyard space). “Step onto the welcoming embrace of 'Country Spirit', a name inspired by our new carpet and paying homage to the soulful essence of this updated home. Sturdy furnishings invite you to unwind in comfort, while the gentle whisper of the bush art whispers tales of serenity. 2) In the second bedroom, a symphony of soft hues awaits. Delicate shades of pink, orange, and beige dance gracefully amidst plush textures and ambient lighting. Sink into the corner spinning chair and lose yourself in a moment of blissful relaxation. 3) Our third bedroom sees the favourite highlander cow artwork, plush white bedding, and rattan pendant lights exuding warmth and a peaceful escape. KITCHEN For the culinary enthusiasts, our fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from cake mixers to baking trays, blenders and a small island bench on wheels for either more prep space, dining space or move it out of the way for more space in the kitchen. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, hand held mixer, electric fry pan, wok, scales and more. We stock a basic pantry to get you started which includes: Coffee, Tea, Salt, Pepper and olive oil. LOUNGEROOM Featuring a 5-6 seater lounge, coffee table, wall mounted TV, gas heating, ceiling to floor sheers and custom made cabinetry against wainscoting makes this a cozy yet enjoyable space to relax. Loungeroom can be closed off from the kitchen and hallway (perfect for keeping warm during Armidale winters). BATHROOM 1.5 and LAUNDRY Our recently renovated main bathroom features exquisite natural stone travertine and gold finishes we are sure you will love. There is a separate toilet off the laundry room which is fully equiped with a washer/dryer combo. PARKING Parking is a breeze with one designated car spot, one designated undercover car park, and ample off-street drive-through backyard parking, ensuring convenience for all our guests. LOCATION Located just a stone's throw away from UNE, Sport UNE, schools, and shops, our Airbnb provides easy access to all the local attractions, making it the perfect homebase for your next stay. The house is located 1.1kms from UNE (15min walk), 1.6kms to Sport UNE for gym goers, 600meters to Sandon Primary School, 2.2 kms to PLC School, 1.4kms to Harvey Normans, Chinese, dominos, Post Office and other shops. CHILDREN UNDER 12 This property is not suitable / unsafe for children under 12 years of age. Guest access The property is a DUPLEX, the 2 properties are separated by a double undercover, drive through to the backyard carport. We own both properties. You share 1 driveway and have 1 designated house car park, 1 designated under cover car port park and drive through access the backyard for more parking at your ease. Other things to note LONG TERM STAYS Discounts are automatically applied through air BnB for medium (longer then 7 days) to long term stays. We have previously welcomed 6-12 month residential leases to companies with traveling / rotating and locum staff. Weekly rental prices (fully furnished as is) start from $900 per week (equals $300 per bedroom) which is reasonable as rentals per bedroom space for basic furnitured rooms average $250. Other things to note: This old-girl is still currently being painted on the outside and in the laundry (when the property is vacant) so you will see the beginnings of the final transformation in process :) from cream/yellow to a light grey with white trimmings… ahhhh perfect!
