We will check in the night before to exchange details on gaining access. We are around if you need us, but privacy is key and you won't see us unless you need us. (Please note: We do live on the property and you may hear us from time to time. There is an inner door that we do not access when we have guests; it separates the guest suite from our main house.) Additionally, there is a designated side outdoor area with a 4 seater table and umbrella plus a small charcoal grill for you to enjoy (this also is the boundary of renter area). Please note the grassy yard area is for owner's use only. Other things to note We want to make sure that your stay meets your expectations... *We provide all essentials. We can also lend up to 2 bikes to explore the area (just ask and please make sure they are locked at all times when not in use) *We appreciate your assistance in remaining eco-friendly while staying in our home. We ask that you do your best to conserve resources, and remember to turn lights and small appliances off when not in use. *We are a smoke-free home. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on our property (including our outdoor guest space). *No parties allowed, use of illicit drugs, or guests beyond those on your reservation.
