Driving times: 10 min to Lillesand and Brekkestø, 20 min to the Zoo, Ikea and Sørlandssenteret, 30 min to Grimstad, Kristiansand and Kjevik airport, 40 min to Arendal. A peaceful, unique and child-friendly place – ideal for both holidays and pleasant overnight stays in transit with loved ones. The space This is a small farm right by the lake, ideal for those who want to combine holiday life with rural charm. The studio is part of our detached house with private entrance, free parking on site and overlooking the courtyard and the rural surroundings. It is located on the 2nd floor of the house with everything on one level and has a sloping roof that gives a bright, spacious and cozy atmosphere. The studio has an open solution with kitchen and living room. The living room is easily converted into a bedroom at night, with a comfortable double sofa bed and a cot. The second bedroom is separate and furnished with a single bed and two dressers. In the hallway there is a practical wardrobe and access to a small storage room with duvets, pillows and floor mattresses that can be used as extra sleeping space, as well as space for luggage. Fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with integrated small freezer. Complete bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. Guest access In summer: trampoline and small football pitch on the lawn with two goals in addition to what is described above. A 3 m long SUP can be rented for NOK 150 per day. Other things to note Remember to bring your own towels and bed sheets. Otherwise, this can be rented for NOK 70 per person. Duvets and pillows are provided. Cleaning: the tenant cleans himself or can buy cleaning for NOK 250.
