The uphill walk from the bus stop takes about 10 mins, so we recommend arriving by car. The flat is located in the historical centre of Ossuccio, a tiny village on the shores of Lake Como. The best way to get to the apartment is by car, taxi, or bus. There is a bit of walking even from the parking. You can park for a few minutes near the flat to unload your luggage, and then move the car to a nearby parking spot. There are a few free parking options in the area. White-lined spaces are free for everyone, blue lines indicate paid parking, and yellow lines are reserved for residents or disabled drivers. The streets are paved with cobblestones. The apartment is fully equipped and measures 70 sq.m. The kitchen, featuring Cesar Cucine appliances, includes an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, glassware, tableware, dishes, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also find essentials like oil, salt, spices, tea, coffee, and cleaning supplies, including a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined into one space. There is a dining table with four seats, a comfortable couch, a chair, and a coffee table. The apartment also has a working fireplace. For your safety, please let us know if you wish to use the fireplace—we allow it only for guests experienced in using one. The bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower with rainfall mode and a thermostat for water temperature control, a toilet with a bidet shower, a sink, washing machine, mirror, and additional lighting to comfortably do your makeup. Essentials are provided: fresh towels, hair dryer, soap, cream, shower gel, shampoo, and a first aid kit. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a queen-sized bed and quality mattresses to ensure a good night’s sleep and recovery. I personally struggle with back pain, so it was very important to me to provide supportive, high-quality mattresses. The bed linens are hotel-quality. Each bedroom has a 40-inch TV with NETFLIX, storage, mirrors, and fans. The upstairs bedroom also includes a portable AC unit, as it tends to get warmer during summer.
