It has a nice kitchenette/den combo and a separate bedroom with a King bed. Includes a two-person corner Jacuzzi in the adjoining bathroom and a gas log western stove. The walls are pecan and cedar cut from trees here at the ranch. There is a private patio off the back with a nice view overlooking the horse meadow. Other things to note No Pets (some guests are allergic) No Smoking Inside (porches are covered) There are horseshoes to the right of the picnic tables and a fire-pit out front for your use. (as long as there isn't a burn ban) There are fishing poles available for use at the pond. Please pet the horses, but we no longer do horse back riding. You may walk anywhere on the property that is clearly marked as long as you shut any gate behind you. We have gated parking for trailers if you are pulling one. We ask that you refrain from parking on the lawn with off-road tires.
