Ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay while exploring Leticia and its surroundings. The room is a good size; it has a private bathroom, a double bed, a work space and a large closet. The space 🏡The house is new, single-story and spacious. Very comfortable and with plenty of lighting. It has a study, TV room, dining room, a large patio that allows you to hear the birds singing and see the starry sky at night. It has a charming kitchen, open style with an attractive bar in the middle. There is internet in all areas of the accommodation. Guest access The common and accessible areas are the living room, patio, and kitchen. During your stay I'm here to help you with any concerns you may have. You can contact me directly at the house or on my cell phone. Other things to note The house is on a main avenue, very close to the airport and even if you don't bring heavy luggage, you can walk there. (It will take you a maximum of 12 minutes at a slow pace). Right next to the house is a fast food place, and a 10-minute walk away you'll find supermarkets, drugstores, and some local food restaurants. The main avenue on which the accommodation is located will take you to the Central Park in about a 20-minute walk. On this way to the center, you will find some options of restaurants, ice cream parlors, until you finally reach the famous Parque de los Loros (which is the same central park or Parque Santander).
