Large windows provide plenty of natural light and overlook rolling hills and a creek that runs through the property. The bright and inviting living area features a 65" smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. You're also guaranteed a great night's sleep on the incredibly comfortable queen Puffy mattress. Additional sleeping space is available on the futon-style couch, and a pack-n-play is available upon request. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and plenty of cookware for those who enjoy preparing meals. We are also happy to recommend our favorite local restaurants. Breakfast items are provided, including fresh eggs (from our chickens, provided they aren't on strike), butter, English muffins or bagels, cream cheese, jam, coffee, and a selection of teas. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs apartment and private entrance. Enjoy the shaded deck, beautiful countryside views, and all of the apartment amenities during your stay. The apartment is located above our office, but your space is completely separate, allowing you to enjoy your own peaceful retreat with as much privacy as you desire. Plenty of parking is available directly in front of the building. Other things to note The apartment is accessed by a long staircase and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Our apartment is best suited for couples, small families, business travelers, and those visiting the Batesville and Oldenburg area.
