Architect's house 20 minutes from downtown, in the heart of a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Suite consisting of a living room (sofa, TV, bookcase, kettle), serving your bedroom (160 cm bed) with private bathroom and balcony on the garden side. No kitchen, except for breakfast (included). Nearby: ring road, train station, airport, trams, metro, hospitals, faculties, Groupama Stadium, Eurexpo... Garden and pool access €10/hour per person. The space Large house in a green setting, one floor of which has been transformed into guest rooms to welcome you. Guest access You can freely use the floor assigned to you (bedroom + bathroom + living room). Please note that the kitchen is only accessible for breakfast (included). The exterior and the pool can be privatized for an additional €10 per hour per person, with a liability waiver. Other things to note Access to the pool and garden is not allowed unless agreed with the owner. Access to the kitchen is only possible for breakfast.
