This spacious home (two full functioning kitchens and two living rooms) is perfect for the whole family and is an excellent location for exploring the Puget Sound area. The space The house is located 6.4 miles (20-25 min drive) from SeaTac Airport, 22 miles (30-40 min drive) from downtown Seattle, and 23 miles (30-40 min drive) from downtown Bellevue. The house has four bedrooms - one king and three queens, 2 bunk beds, 1 sofa bed, two-and-a-half bathrooms, 2450 square feet of living space, a two-car garage (allow to use one side only) a fenced backyard, and fast WIFI. Guest access Before booking, please observe the following house rules and policies: 1. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are allowed. 2. No smoking anywhere inside the house . Front Patio and Backyard are acceptable. ($200/night penalty). 3. Check-in starts at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
