The space The house is conveniently located just 6.4 miles (approximately a 20–25 minute drive) from SeaTac Airport, 22 miles (30–40 minutes) from downtown Seattle, and 23 miles (30–40 minutes) from downtown Bellevue. This spacious 2,450-square-foot home features four bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds, along with two bunk beds and one sofa bed to comfortably accommodate larger families and groups. The home also includes two-and-a-half bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a fenced backyard, and plenty of parking space for your convenience. Guest access Before booking, please observe the following house rules and policies: 1. No parties, events, or unauthorized guests are allowed. 2. No smoking anywhere inside the house .
