Our spacious and bright apartment offers proximity to Bordeaux and the quietness of the countryside. You have parking at the foot of the residence for your getaway on the wine route (30 min from Saint Émilion) and the swimming pool accessible only to residents (from June 15 to Sept. 15) A vast wooded park, the lungs of the town and enjoying stunning views of the Bordeaux metropolis, is a short walk away to stroll, run, play ball! The space The apartment has a large bright living room delimiting two spaces on either side, that of adults (bedroom with 160 bed), and the children's room (70x140 bed, possibility to add an umbrella bed) next to the bathroom with bathtub. The 4 French windows of the living room give access to a large south-facing balcony. All windows are equipped with roller blinds and curtains for complete darkness. Access to the swimming pool (June 15/September 15) is with a key from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Guest access Apart from the dressing room and a locked closet, the entire apartment is accessible. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator access.
