A peaceful, private and spacious self-contained garden studio in the beautiful Blue Mountains village of Lawson. Ideally located to explore the lower, mid and upper Blue Mountains, Lawson offers access to National Parks walks and waterfalls and boasts cafes, restaurants, bookshops, a great pub, a supermarket, an Olympic swimming pool and Blue Mountains must; Black Cockatoo Bakery. The Rest is a short walk from all amenities including the train station and just a 15 minute drive to Katoomba. The space Modern and spacious garden studio (28m sq) with kitchenette and bathroom, queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, couch, TV, WiFi, desk & bi-fold doors opening onto a private porch overlooking the garden. A great place to work or rest. Guest access Semi-private access from the main driveway off Frederica Street. Off street parking available. Entry to studio is by key safe. Other things to note Wheelchair ramps can be provided for the bifold door tracks. Please let us know if you have any questions about accessibility. We can provide a portable cot on request. We have a cat who keeps to himself but unfortunately cannot accommodate other pets. Registration Details Exempt
