The banks of the "Belle Terrasse" canal

I offer my charming 45 m2 apartment located in Malestroit by the canal and a 5-minute walk from the center. Beautiful view of the Oust, elegant private terrace overlooking the banks make it the ideal place to relax for a few days. Very nice and chic workspace, the wifi is super fast! Netflix and Prime included! Large kitchen to really be able to "cook" and not just "warm up" 😉 There is a bike storage room with electrical outlet The space 45 m2 apartment located on the ground floor with a large equipped and functional kitchen, lovers of cooking everything is available to prepare good little dishes with a bonus of a magnificent view of the canal! High-end 140*190 convertible sofa bed with new 40 kg/m3 bedding, a real bed and a very comfortable and easy-to-use sofa. Pretty terrace fully tiled, accessible through the French window of the kitchen and by taking a staircase. Direct access to the canal towpath. Secure bicycle room with electrical outlet ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ the apartment is located on the ground floor of a collective of 2 apartments rented for short-term rental (The balcony of L'Oust on the 1st floor), the terrace is private to "Les Berges de l'Oust" on the other hand the bicycle room is collective! It is very useful to specify that the building is charming but old, and despite our efforts to soundproof it (floor change on the 1 st floor with a maximum insulation underlayer), it is possible to hear the guests on the 1st floor! They are warned in advance at the Resa and by several signs in the apartment to moderate noise especially from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guest access Totally private and independent accommodation. Other things to note Street parking, no private parking. Direct access to beautiful hikes, kayak club 2 min away, bike, boat ride🤩, swimming pool 300 m away (fun and sports pool). On sunny days, entertainment (Friday at the Canal, "Le Pont du Rock" festival, country festival, flea market, etc.) punctuate the life of this pretty little town of character. Don't forget the fabulous Thursday morning market, very popular and high quality!
