Large wooded garden of 1,800 m² not overlooked and a heated swimming pool from May to October. The ground floor consists of a large living space including a living room with sofa and piano, a dining room with two extendable tables and nine chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. A room contains a double convertible sofa, a television screen with a DVD reader (but without the TV channels). The first floor has a landing and three large bedrooms with double beds, which have a beautiful view of the garden. The largest bedroom also contains a single bed, as well as a baby bed in a cupboard. A bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen. The third floor has a small landing with an elliptical trainer and a second bathroom with shower. Each floor has a toilet. Two rooms in the house are reserved for the owner. The garage is only accessible to access the freezer, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen contains a dish washer, an oven and ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a Tassimo pod coffee machine and a manual piston coffee machine. Bed sets and two towels per person are at your disposal. Wi-Fi is easily accessible using a QR code. A large private driveway allows parking for up to 4 cars. The large wooded garden surrounding the house is bordered by a flowered hedge and includes two terraces, an extendable table and 9 folding chairs, a large parasol, deck chairs and a hammock. The swimming pool (7m x 3.5) is functional and heated to 28°C from May to October. It does not have a safety barrier, but is equipped with a manually closing anti-fall cover. If children are present, they must of course be supervised by adults at all times. Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool is taken care of by the owner or his concierge partner. A garden shed contains outdoor games for children or for the swimming pool, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. The wine cellar is unfortunately reserved for the owner! WARNING: You may feel like you are alone in the world in this peaceful environment. But there are neighbors around you who attach great importance to their peace and quiet. The owner absolutely wants to maintain good relations with them. This is why it is strictly forbidden to have parties and invite other people who are not registered. When you are outside or with the windows open, you are asked to make moderate noise during the day and no noise at all between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Thank you very much for your understanding! Many recreational, sporting or cultural activities are accessible nearby: pretty fields and woods for walking or jogging just outside the village, a treetop adventure course in Seine-Port (7 km), the sublime Fontainebleau forest with its famous rocks, accessible for example to Barbizon, the famous village of pre-impressionist paintings Théodore Rousseau or Jean-François Millet (9 km), the magnificent royal castle of Fontainebleau (15 km), the no less famous castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte (19 km), which inspired Louis XIV that of Versailles, or Moret-sur-Loing, an adorable village where the painter Alfred Sisley lived (31 km ). Paris is easily accessible by the A6 outside rush hours (Porte d'Orléans 40 km, or 35 minutes) or by Melun station (located 9 km, then take a direct train to Gare de Lyon in 25 minutes). Guest access The owner or his concierge partner will contact you to give you practical information and answer your questions. He will normally be there to welcome you upon your arrival and explain how the house works. Possibly, a key box will allow you to access the house, for example if you arrive at a time when it is not available. For your departure, either the owner or his concierge partner will be present, or you will leave the keys in the key box. A private driveway allows space for 4 cars. Other things to note Please read and apply the internal regulations, in particular 1° the constant supervision of children when the swimming pool is open and 2° the prohibition of parties, inviting unregistered people and, more generally, disturbing the peace of the neighbors.
