As a frequent traveler, I ensure all your needs are met. My place is spotless. Near Media City, next to a peaceful park.Three convenient stores within a 5-minute walk. Tram station Salford Quay, is 9-minute walk away, with easy access to the city center. Plus, * WOW * Manchester United Stadium is 2 km away. Provided: TV, robes, hairdryer, slippers, quality bedding, toiletries, Tea and Coffee. It’s a 2-bedroom flat; I stay in one. kitchen and bathroom are shared, with free street parking. The space **LIVING AREA ** The area where I'm living is highly secure, situated in a well-monitored building equipped with CCTV surveillance and a comprehensive security system operational around the clock. The location is conveniently close to Salford Quay, just a 9-minute walk away, situated among a continually evolving neighborhood of townhouses and apartments. Renowned for attracting affluent professionals and creative individuals, this area offers a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Salford Quay is widely regarded as one of the safest areas in Manchester, making it ideal for strolling at any time of day or night, with easy access to various destinations. Here’s some clear transportation advice for reaching my place: 1. **From the Airport:** Take a direct tram from the airport to Cornbrook, where you will need to change the tram to Salford Quay. The last tram leaves at 22:50 on weekdays, and at 23:38 on Fridays and Saturdays. 2. **From Piccadilly Train Station:** The last tram departs at 23:27 on weekdays, and at 00:27 on Fridays and Saturdays. The destination stop is Salford Quay. **Important Tip:** Make sure to check the display at the front of the tram; it should state if the tram is going via MediaCityUK. Ensure you board the correct tram to avoid getting off route. **YOUR BEDROOM** *Bed: Your bedroom features a double bed with a duck feather duvet and pillows, accompanied by an Ikea Morgedal Foam Mattress, renowned for its firmness and excellent body support. A 4-inch mattress topper can provide you the most comfy sleep.  *Storage: Storage amenities include a small wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and a chest of drawers, with open hanging space. *Workspace: A small desk in your room for your everyday home office use. *Entertainment Books: There are some books for you to read during your stay, a hidden Manchester walk guide can also suggest a lot of routes to explore Manchester. *TV: The TV in your room is the 1080 HD Roku TV, guest mode can easily help you delete your private stream data after you check out. Simply choose your checkout date when you turn on the TV. *Others: Your room will be equipped with a bathrobe, bath towels, slippers, and a hairdryer, as well as a men's razor. Moreover, there will be tea, coffee, and welcome snacks provided. *PARKING* Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is always a lot of space on the street. *BEST PLACE TO GO ** Attractions such as the Manchester United Museum and stadium is 2km distance, easily accessible on foot. Three convenient mini-markets: Morrison Daily, Tesco Express, and Co-op. The closest option, Morrison Daily, is a mere 3-minute walk away, while Tesco Express can be reached in approximately 5 minutes, conveniently located just beyond the nearby park. For dining options, Ocean Cook and Munchy Hub are nearby, situated next to Morrison Daily. However, I recommend taking a leisurely stroll to Central Bay, where you'll find The Lowry Theater and plenty of dining choices within the recently opened food hall. Please note Living room is currently not fully open to the guests , but passing through the living room to the kitchen is definitely ok ,can be use for dining as well . During your stay You can directly message me on Airbnb or just simply knock on my door to let me know if you need any help, if I'm not home and do not respond on Airbnb in 10 minutes, call me directly if it's an emergency. Other things to note * Slippers are prepared indoors. Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside. *The use of the washing machine is not permitted for short-term guests ( for guests who staying 1 or 2 nights ). Mid-term guests can use the washing machine once every three days, there will be an extra charge of £ 5 for any additional laundry. *The living room is not available to share, but can be use for dining. *Bedding will be provided based on the number of guests. I prefer not to set multiple rules, but these are in place to maintain cleanliness. You are always welcome to make yourself at home and feel comfortable during your stay.
