The space The 120m2 restanque house, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, offers: 1st level: - A welcoming entrance with closets for your belongings. - A bedroom with a double bed, dresser, armchair, also air-conditioned for restful nights. - A second children's room equipped with a bunk bed and an extra bed, ideal for the youngest, also air-conditioned. - Modern bathroom with Italian shower, closet and bidet. - Separate toilets On the ground floor - A spacious third bedroom (not air-conditioned) with an extendable double bed, an adjoining bathroom and toilet, as well as a small terrace overlooking the pool to watch the children or rest on the deckchairs. - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine) - An extensive air-conditioned lounge including a dining room and a comfortable sofa bed as well as an office area. TV, WiFi (Freebox).
