The house is located along the Via Francigena itinerary. THE HOUSE The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is surrounded by greenery among olive and citrus trees, spread over a single floor, is composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining room, a corridor, a hallway, laundry room, terrace and a large garden; it is a detached house, with the possibility of wide parking inside the property, it is sunny all day. It is accessed from the main road via a driveway that leads to the garden gate. It can accommodate up to 6 people; for sleeping it has two bedrooms with a double bed each and another bedroom with two bunk beds. It has a large surface area: approximately 120 square meters; all the rooms are large and airy: the living room of approximately 25 m2 has two comfortable sofas, a characteristic fireplace and a small work table. All rooms are well served and organised. The kitchen is well equipped and features: induction hob, electric and microwave oven, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Guest access Guests can access all rooms. The parking, inside the property, is located next to the garden. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The house is located between Forte dei Marmi and Seravezza, between the villages of Ripa and Marzocchino, on the border between the urban part and the countryside, close to all essential services and a few minutes from the sea (Forte dei Marmi is 8 minutes by car ), from Pietrasanta (the city of art is also 8 minutes away) and from the mountains (20 minutes). The house is located a few tens of meters from the Via Francigena itinerary, in the stretch that goes from the city of Massa (9.5 km away) to Pietrasanta (3.8 km away). GETTING AROUND THE AREA There are urban bus services nearby. The Forte dei Marmi - Seravezza - Querceta railway station is 700 meters away. The closest motorway exit is the Versilia tollbooth on the A12 motorway and is 4.5 km away. The nearest airport is located in Pisa about 40 km away. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches (equipped or free) of Versilia: Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. The Antro del Corchia, a tourist cave rich in stalactites which is part of the largest karst system in Italy, is located 14 Km away. You can choose from several fascinating hiking trails. These are the network of mountain trails marked by the CAI - Italian Alpine Club. Or we can show you the paths that wind along rivers and along the coast. Canyoning with the possibility of bathing in the fresh and crystalline waters of the Serra and Vezza streams including the Malbacco area. In Seravezza, 3 km away is the Palazzo Mediceo, a UNESCO heritage site, built around 1560 by Cosimo dei Medici and now home to art exhibitions and the "Museum of traditions and work" where the ancient techniques of marble extraction are showed. At 6 km, in a protected area, the free beach "Le Dune di Forte dei Marmi" is located. You can go jogging or along the banks of the Versilia River to the beach or just along the beach, or, again, inside the La Versiliana Park, 7 km away.
