A quiet and comfortable home base while you are in town for work, vacation, or relaxing solitude. This is your fully furnished, dog-friendly home. Utilities and internet included. NaughtyStickTorC dot com The space Primary bedroom w/ half bath includes smart TV, dresser, closet, side tables, queen bed, clean sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. 2nd bedroom includes smart TV, dresser, closet, side table, queen bed, clean sheets, pillows, and blankets. 3rd bedroom has fold-out loveseat + ottoman. It folds out to a twin-size bed. Clean sheets, blanket, and pillows are provided. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional place to sleep. Please cover the sofa with sheets and sleep on top of the sheets. Use other sheets/blankets for comfort, as needed. 5 overnight guests (adults + children) allowed at the published or negotiated rate for this rental. Additional adults and/or children must be approved by the Host and additional fees apply for parties of 6+. Please message the Host. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests. Guest access The house, parking, outdoor areas, and grill are all available for guests to use. The detached garage and gated side yard are not for guest use without Host approval. Please clean any spills, trash, and dirty dishes you create. Leave the place tidy. Place all linens and towels/washcloths on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom upon check out. Thank you. Other things to note One-to-Five guests - same nightly, weekly, or monthly rate. But whether there is just one guest or up to five, make sure to identify the total number in your party when you make your reservation. More than five guests are welcome, too... but there is an additional charge for 6+ guests. Again, please be sure to include the WHOLE number count for your party when you make your reservation for an upcoming stay. Don't forget to include pets in your reservation, as well! Dogs ok.
