Guest access The building has a concierge and is surrounded by everything you need to have a good stay: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. Other things to note The house does not consist of air conditioning and there is no possibility of adding portable air. There are only fans. A refundable security deposit of €350 will be requested before check-in. Alternatively, the guest may choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of €30, which will cover potential incidents up to an amount equivalent to the specified deposit.
