Complete with a comfortable living room, two country-style bedrooms, and a garden with a BBQ, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. It doesn’t stop there, you’ll also have access to the estate’s facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and play area. Should you wish to venture out, you are perfectly placed to discover the historic streets of Dorchester, the market town of Sherborne, the spectacular Jurassic Coast and so much more. The property begins with a bright and airy living space, beautifully decorated with hints of pastel blue. The room enjoys two plush sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV, a four-seater dining table and a crackling wood-burning stove for that extra cosy touch. Meanwhile, the kitchen features everything you will need to self-cater with ease throughout your stay. You will have access to an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Venture up the Dorset winder staircase which is traditionally steep, to the second floor where you will find two individually designed bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath. Outside, you will have access to a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Further you can explore the delightful communal gardens. Shared facilities All guests of the cottages have access to a large heated outdoor swimming pool (open between May – September) and a children’s play area with garden games. Home-grown fruit and vegetables are available seasonally and the owner offers a delicious selection of home-made cakes to make your stay extra special. Guest access The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property. Other things to note Keep in mind Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel. Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
