The beautiful sunset’s & gorgeous evening breezes make this home the perfect place to relax. You will hear the crickets & frogs singing in the evenings as you gaze at the stars. Step into the inviting Florida Room, offering stunning views of the tranquil St. Johns River. Whether you prefer to watch the sunset indoors, by the firepit, or from the dock, this natural setting will captivate you. The Living Room features two comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen smart TV. One of the sofas has a pull-out bed. Feel free to log into your Netflix or other accounts for entertainment; just remember to log out before you go. Cable TV is also available, and Alexa allows you to enjoy your favorite music through the soundbar. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze in every room, enhancing comfort throughout. For remote work needs, a dedicated workspace overlooks the river, complete with a wireless copier/printer and reliable WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a new stove with a built-in air fryer, along with a coffee pot and complimentary coffee. Choose to dine at the kitchen bar, the bistro table in the living area, or the dining area in the Florida Room. Retreat to the bedroom featuring a plush queen-size bed, ample storage with a dresser and closet, and convenient USB plugs. Fresh towels, extra linens, pillows, and blankets ensure comfort during your stay. Outdoor amenities include a Gas BBQ grille, firepit, beach chairs, and beach towels for your use. If you're bringing a boat, you're welcome to tie up at the dock/boathouse (please note the lift is not available for guest use). Ample parking space is provided for your boat trailer on the property, with several nearby boat ramps for convenience. Insects live here too! LOL! We have the property sprayed every 2 weeks for anything pesky so that you may have the best outdoor experience that we can offer. We also provide firewood for the fire-pit, citronella candles & bug spray if needed. We can’t control Mother Nature, but we do everything that we can to make it the best & most comfortable experience possible. Additionally, we do have cameras facing the front yard and backyard. This is for everyone's safety. There are no camera's inside the home.
