It's a perfect and affordable location for those who wants to stay within CBD, see the magnificent Kins Park, one of the most largest & most beautiful inner city parks, boasting a rich cultural heritage. Baby cot available on request at $25/ night The space The place is a clean and cozy unit with an amazing view of the city and glimpses of the river. When you enter the space, you will walk straight through the hall and it will take you to your main room with a comfortable & relaxing queen size bed perfect for a good nights rest. When you feel hungry or the urge to cook, walk to the separate room on the left where there is a little kitchenette with the right necessary amenities to prepare for a delicious meal home cook meal. Going to your right, is also a separate room which is the bathroom. It got a tub with shower over it and a toilet. The place got an enclosed balcony that can provide you with serenity, reflection, enjoyment of view of Perth's skyline or you can work (for me, this area gives inspiration) It got a desk and a chair Guest access You will enter the building by Elevator or you can choose to walk the stairs. Our location is in the 3rd Floor. Other things to note The building was built in 1960s and is a little worn on the outside but has a new lift installed in 2021 and the apartment was recently renovated. Please note it is also alongside a freeway with traffic noise but double glazing has been installed to help and it doesn't seem to bother most people:). The air conditioner in the apartment is on the energy efficient mode and automatically turns off after 3hours but it can be easily turned back on by the switch on the wall. The little kitchenette is not fitted with stove/oven. However, for those who love to cook there is a hot plate. For those who love to venture out to eat, turn right out of the complex and two doors up you can dine at the popular Mount Street Breakfast Bar.
