Downtown Tlaxcala: nice and very conveniently located apartment

Tlax. Center, 2 min from San Francisco Convent. Minimum stay: 1 night Sun-Thu, 2 nights Fri-Sat. Max 8 people, extra cost for guests 7 and 8. Mexican-Peruvian family, we live downstairs. 5 min from the Main Square. We have great desserts! Check out the photos <3 NOT a party house. If the person booking is not staying as a guest, please check with us first. If you need to arrive before check-in time, we will do our best to accommodate you. The space We are in a duplex house, and you will be staying in the upstairs apartment, at street level. We have a maximum of 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The sofa bed opens into two single matress pads, suitable for people up to 1.70 m tall. Guest access All of the spacious and bright apartment shown in the listing. Other things to note Due to the entrance canopy, we cannot guarantee that tall trucks or vans will fit (entrance measurements: 2.2 meters high by 2.80 meters wide). If you have more than one vehicle, we recommend parking the additional one in the nearby lot at night rather than leaving it on the street. You will need to negotiate the cost with the night watchman. Generally, you should enter before 10:30 PM (or let him know in advance for a later entry). We insist that parties of any kind are not allowed, nor are outside visitors. Please observe quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. If the person making the reservation is not staying as a guest, please consult with us beforehand. Please do not smoke in any area of the house. This includes the garage, the laundry area, and the back balcony. Please wash your dishes and leave the trash in the garage before checkout. Public trash collection is on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays around 8 AM. They honk the horn right outside the house. If it's not yet checkout and your trash can is full, let us know and you can leave it in the garage on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday nights, and we will gladly take it out the following morning. Cacomixtles (local ring-tailed cats) roam freely on the balconies and leave avocado pits behind. Besides being charming, they are harmless and help control garden pests. Please do not harm or feed them. Although we take great care with cleaning, being next to a large garden means there are occasionally little spiders, and we have seen a lost little lizard. Tlaxcala is in a scorpion zone. During very hot weather, one might occasionally appear, though this is very rare, and we always clean thoroughly between guests. The church bells do ring every day at 6:30 AM. Sometimes there is karaoke in the area from Wednesday to Saturday. For light sleepers, it might be advisable to bring earplugs if you have trouble falling back asleep.
