Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, brand-new stand-alone home. It’s close to everything and minutes from downtown. Stand alone means no shared walls with anyone else. You have the entire house to yourself! Added bonus - it’s a 3 minute walk to Fairchild Park, a free facility with swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, and 18 lighted, dedicated pickleball courts. We even have some paddles if you’d like to borrow them!. Maximum 3 guests ($5/day more for third guest.) The space Step into this brand new two-story, two bedroom home with designated parking and private access. (Please note that we have been open for about 18 months but most our guests found us by word of mouth or other platforms. This is why we only have three Airbnb reviews. Unfortunately the last review is inaccurate and unfair left by a disgruntled guest. This has hurt my 5 Star average for reviews. Please ask me for an explanation if you would like before booking. I’m happy explain the facts.) This house is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with everything needed, including dishes and linens. All you need is your clothes! The house is ideal for one or two people. Downstairs has open living, dine-in kitchen, as well as a half bath and laundry room. Upstairs has large master bedroom with SmartTV and a large walk-in closet as well as desk area. Master has en suite full bath that also has hallway access. Second bedroom is set up as a sitting/reading room. For long term stays we would be open to adding a bed in this second bedroom. The property is close to downtown with views of the Tower of the Americas. Walk to the RiverWalk, AlamoDome or Alamo! Walk to trendy bars and restaurants. This two story house was completed in 2024. You'll enjoy modern amenities in this historic neighborhood. Located in a shared lot with another house, it has its own alley parking space and access. All bills paid, including high speed internet. Two guests are included in the price. One extra guest is allowable at $5/day. Note - guests are expected to keep up with regular cleaning regimen such as cleaning bathrooms, floors and general upkeep. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed after check out if the unit is deemed excessively unclean. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note This home is located on the property of the host, who lives in a separate house nearby. The guest has private entrance and designated parking.
