The only areas that will be locked off will be the host's attached apartment, the pump room, and the garage. It is politely requested that you don't park in front of the garage doors - you are welcome to park anywhere else on the property. Other things to note We kindly request $79 per guest for any guest over the number of 16. This fee applies over the number of 16 guests. For large events, contact us for special pricing. We also request $50 per pet per stay.
