The space Welcome to our property, home of the Uxbridge Canine & Equine Academy—a unique training facility where you may catch glimpses of mounted games horses and dogs navigating agility courses! Centrally located between Uxbridge, Newmarket, and Sutton, our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. Discover Uxbridge’s scenic trails and ski slopes, Newmarket’s vibrant dining and boutique shopping, or Sutton’s lakeside charm and sandy beaches. From hiking, biking, and paddling in the warmer months to snowshoeing, skiing, and cozy winter escapes, there’s something to enjoy year-round. **Please note: There is no Wi-Fi on the property. While TVs are available in the unit, they operate through streaming services and will not function without internet. Guests are welcome to use their own mobile hotspot or data plan if they wish to stay connected. Guest access The suite is self contained with a private entrance that adjoins to deck of the main home. You’re welcome to relax on the outdoor patio and enjoy the comfortable seating area. Patio furniture cushions are stored in the deck box and should be put away after use. There are two parking spaces available. Other things to note Please note: The owners live on site on the main level of the home and have two small, friendly dogs, who may greet you during your stay. While they may bark to say hello or alert us to activity they are well behaved, and love meeting new people. As animal and nature lovers, we appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll enjoy the warmth and charm they bring to the property.
