It has 12 rooms throughout the 3 story 2,500 square feet house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a large rec room in the basement, which includes a pullout sofa. Pass prices are as follows (age seven (7) and above): ☻ Daily Pass (per day/per person): weekday $8 / weekend or holiday $10. Effective only on the day issued ☻ Weekly Pass (per week/per person): non-holiday $30 / holiday week $50. Effective for seven consecutive days from the date issued. ☻ Children 7 years old and younger cannot be unsupervised at any of the Big Bass Lake common areas ☻ Children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. An adult is defined as a person 18 years and older. Big Bass Lake Community is wooded, serene, and maintained in as natural a state as possible. You will find the community promotes an extremely safe environment for you and your family. We live and share this environment with the wildlife as we try to maintain a humble co-existence. You may wake up and find an amazing new spider web has been created on the porch, or a shrew has made its home under the back deck, deer walk by daily with their loud friends, turkeys. Bears stroll by often along with field mice and groundhogs. The list goes on, but we stay grateful we are able to live among this beauty. Please respect our animals. AND DO NOT FEED THEM. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There are physical barriers for people with limited mobility, as there are approximately ten steps to climb to get into the main part of the house, including the kitchen and bedrooms. Unfortunately, access is not possible for people who are wheelchair bound, except for the basement level of the house, where there is a bathroom and a sofa bed. Other things to note ✪ Minimum age to rent is 25 ✪ No refunds for bad weather or natural disasters ✪ This is a gated community. BBLCA security and the gatehouse operate 24/7 ✪ All guests and even visitors must be listed on the rental application to access the property ✪ All vehicles must register at the main gate security and get a hang tag. Drivers are required to produce a valid driver’s license ✪ Once you check in your car and guests, you can enter and leave as needed without further trips to the gate. Keep the tag on your rearview mirror ✪ Please park your car(s) in the driveway.
