Guest access The whole of the property is available for exclusive guest use, with exception of one storeroom and the garage. Other things to note A five minute drive will have you at Umina Beach and Ocean Beach, with the surf clubs and golden sands . Both are quite popular as longboard surf breaks. Take to the cycleway. Right out the front of Lazy Daze Cottage is more than 10kms of paved cycleway. With very few hills, ride along the waterfront of Brisbane Waters all the way to Gosford. Visit Peninsula Leisure Centre, no more than a 50 meter walk to a world of fun and fitness. The premier aquatic centre and gymnasium on the Central Coast. Try fishing right out the front of the property, there are plenty about. National Parks are nearby with excellent walking trails. Two major shopping centers with the big grocery stores, chemists, butchers, fruit stores and take away establishments are five minutes away. There are two restaurant precincts and a number of clubs nearby. Sporting ovals, kids parks and skateboard park are located at Umina Beach.
