The space This facility is exclusively rented to a single group. Convenient parking is also available, ensuring the comfort of guests arriving by car or in large groups. The vicinity is conveniently stocked with convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores, making it an ideal destination for extended stays. Guest access You may enter the entire premises. Part of the closet is used for storing tools and equipment exclusively for staff. We ask that you refrain from touching any of the areas. Other things to note Facility Usage Guidelines Shoes: Shoes are prohibited within the facility, except on the balcony. Evacuation Routes and Exits: Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation route map and emergency exits posted on each floor. Door Security: Ensure that you lock the door from within your room, particularly when retiring for the night. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility, including the balcony. Smoking in front of the entrance and around the house is strictly prohibited. Accommodation Usage: Accommodation is reserved for the number of guests and registered individuals. Accommodation by non-reserved guests or with an additional number of people is prohibited. Business Activities: Guest rooms are not permitted for business activities such as exhibitions or offices. Additionally, any use or stay with a different number of people without facility permission is strictly prohibited. Noise Levels: Excessive noise from parties or other activities is strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of your neighbors and maintain a quiet environment, especially from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Removal of Interior Decorations: Do not remove any interior decorations or equipment installed or provided by the facility, such as toilet paper. Care of Facility Furniture and Appliances: Use the furniture, home appliances, bedding, and other facilities with care. If any items are damaged or soiled, please notify us promptly. Movement of Furniture and Fixtures: Do not move any furniture, appliances, or fixtures within the facility. Additionally, make no modifications to the facility without facility permission. Garbage Disposal: Separate garbage into “burnable garbage,” “non-burnable garbage,” and “cans, bottles, and plastic bottles.” Face Towels and Bath Towels: Only the initial number of face towels and bath towels provided will be available. Additional or replacements will not be possible. If they become soiled, please wash them yourself. Power Off Appliances: Turn off the power to air conditioners, televisions, lights, and other electrical appliances before exiting the facility. Additionally, lock the doors and windows before leaving. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Adherence to these timeframes is mandatory. Upon departure, please ensure that the facility is securely locked. Refrain from disclosing the PIN code for the front door to anyone other than the registered guest for your stay. Prohibited Items and Actions * Animals, birds, and other pets other than assistance dogs for the physically disabled * Explosives, volatile oils, and other flammable or combustible items * Items emitting a foul odor * Items prohibited by law * Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc., without facility permission * Photographing, videotaping, etc., for business purposes without facility permission * Smoking in designated smoking areas within the facility or in the surrounding area * Cases that may violate public order and morals, such as anti-social forces Consequences for Violations If an individual is found to be in violation of any of the above, immediate use of the facility will be denied, and they will be required to depart. This denial may occur either before booking or during use. Violations that may result in immediate eviction * Being a member of a criminal organization, group, or affiliated with a criminal organization * Engaging in violence, intimidation, blackmail, intimidating unjust demands, or similar behavior * Having previously been notified by the facility that use of the facility is prohibited * Engaging in gambling or other behavior that disrupts public morals or constitutes a nuisance to neighbors * Being unable to ensure their own safety due to mental impairment, drug or alcohol addiction, or being at risk of causing danger, fear, or anxiety to neighbors * Engaging in loud voices, singing, or noisy behavior within the facility or in the vicinity, causing disgust or inconvenience to others * Engaging in behavior similar to any of the above [Regarding the surrounding environment] During your stay, you may be affected by external factors such as construction noise in the area, noise from nearby residents, and temporary odors.
