First floor apartment Ursula + sun balcony

Welcome to our apartment Ursula with a large balcony and views of the countryside. Our accommodation offers enough space for four people and is an ideal starting point for various activities in the beautiful Rhineland. The spacious balcony invites you to sunbathe and relax. A car and bicycle parking space on the premises is available. We are happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. The space Our accommodation offers a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, bedroom and a large bathroom with shower tub. The sofa bed has a lying area of 140 × 210 m. The double bed in the bedroom consists of two 100 × 200 m mattresses of different degrees of hardness. Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the large balcony (2 x 9.50 m). Here you will find seating for four people as well as sun loungers and an awning for sun protection. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional kitchen table for up to six people. We are happy to provide up to two travel cribs for toddlers as well as two high chairs and toys upon request. Other things to note Urmitz is located directly on the Rhine and has well-marked bike paths, e.g. via Koblenz to Mainz or to Cologne. The Rhine facility here with us (10-minute walk) also invites you to linger. In the village itself there are some restaurants and shopping. The Örmser Ring (10-minute walk) is a small park for relaxation and sports activities. Urmitz has train and bus connections to Koblenz, Neuwied, Andernach, Bonn and other towns on the Rhine and Moselle. The bus stop is about five minutes from our property, Urmitz Rheinbrücke train station is 15 minutes and Mülheim-Kärlich train station is 25 minutes on foot.
