NO HOA, which means no long gate lines, parking rules, or HOA hassels. The house is fully stocked and has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker. BBQ outside with dining and lounge areas. On site washer/dryer. 2 living rooms with flat screen smart TV's. 5G WiFi throughout the home and backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, driveway, garage, and backyard. Please note: the hall closets are locked stock closets. Other things to note POOL HEATING: There is a $50 per day fee to heat the pool, all other amenities are included in nightly rate. Should you want to heat the pool, please let us know in advance. The spa heating is free. Disclaimer: For you safety and the safety of others, we have a surveillance camera installed outdoors at this property. 1. We have one over the driveway that faces the street, and a doorbell camera at the front door. No cameras face inside or in areas where people "hang out" :)
