Other things to note This condo home is set up for adults. The condo home is not child proof, and no amenities are provided for children, so this is not a child-friendly listing, and children are not recommended. * We require our guests to have an established account with Airbnb with prior guest reviews of 4.5 or higher. If you are a new user to Airbnb with no reviews, we may ask for a housing reference and/or employment verification. All guests on the reservation are required to have and Airbnb account and will need to provide a Government ID with picture. * There is a ring doorbell camera at the front door facing the parking area and a ring doorbell camera beside the back patio door facing out towards the back common areas and deck.
