Our house is surrounded by a garden, with stunning views of the countryside, 15 minutes from Douai, 15 minutes from the Argales natural area in Rieulay, 30 minutes from Lille, Lens and Valenciennes. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor facilities, the above-ground swimming pool, heated in the summer between 24 and 28* depending on the weather, accessible from the terrace, and a wellness area in a room. You can have a great stay and a good time relaxing or playing sports! The space Our house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance open to the living/dining room and kitchen, a cellar with shower cabin, toilet, and upstairs 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms at your disposal and on the landing a bathroom including sink, shower and toilet. Guest access The accommodation is located in a very quiet and residential area. Life there is very peaceful, in the middle of nature, but very close to amenities: a restaurant in the municipality, a farm 5 minutes walk with local products, many restaurants in the surrounding municipalities (Coutiches, Lallaing, Orchies, Douai...) The house is located at the end of a quiet driveway, with stunning views of the countryside! No parking worries for your car or motorcycle!
