Newly renovated and lovingly designed accommodation! The flat consists of a bedroom and a living area, which are connected by a passageway. The view from the windows offers a view of the Knoblauchsland with Nuremberg Airport. The connection to public transport is excellent with a 5-minute walk. Please note that the flat on the 1st floor is not barrier-free via a staircase. The space Welcome to our centrally located pony farm! Our cosy guest flat "Joseph" is named after my grandfather, who built the farm in 1960. The flat is located above a separate farm building. A staircase leads you up to the 1st floor, where there is a small hallway with a cloakroom. Shoes can also be removed there. There is a well-equipped wardrobe with bags, shoe polish and umbrella with free compartments for your shoes. The flat entrance door opens from here. You are immediately in the first bedroom, from which the new shower room with washbasin and WC is accessible. A small corridor leads from the first bedroom into the living room. Here you will also find a sofa bed (140 cm), which also offers space for two people. A large wardrobe, lots of books, a TV and a desk round off this cosy room. Another separate room with two beds can be accessed from here. The flat has a communal guest kitchen on the same floor. This is well equipped and offers plenty of space to linger. There is enough space here for an exciting games evening and chatting. Our other flat "Himmelzimmer 4 two" can be reached via the guest kitchen. Many animals live on our farm. In addition to a guard dog and two cats, there are many horses and ponies. Two donkeys and chickens and our peacocks Max & Moritz also feel right at home with us! If you are travelling with your children, you can hire a pony to ride. You can also use our beautiful playground area and relax on the sunbeds or have a picnic in our garden, which is located between the paddocks. The farm is located away from the road and is perfectly connected. Our adventure farm is very conveniently located and has excellent public transport connections. The rounded areas are characterised by the charm of the the charm of Nuremberg's rural Knoblauchsland. Distances: Nuremberg (castle): approx. 6 km Erlagen centre: approx. 13 km Fürth centre: approx. 5 km Public transport: Bus lines 20, 30, 31 and 33 and trams 4, 10, (station "Am Wegfeld") are approx. 400 metres away.
