Newly renovated and lovingly designed accommodation! The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living area, which are connected by a passageway. The view from the windows offers a view of the Knoblauchland with Nuremberg Airport. The connection to public transport is excellent with a 5-minute walk. Please note that the apartment on the 2nd floor is not barrier-free via a staircase. The space Welcome to our centrally located pony farm! Our cozy guest apartment "Joseph" is named after my grandfather, who built the farm in 1960. The apartment is located above a separate farm building. A staircase leads you up to the 1st floor, where there is a small hallway with a wardrobe. Shoes must also be removed there. A well-equipped closet, with bags, shoe polish and umbrella is also available with free compartments for your shoes. The apartment entrance door opens from here. You are right in the first bedroom, from which the new shower room with sink and toilet is accessible. From the first bedroom, a small hallway leads into the living room. Here you will also find a sofa bed (140 cm), which also offers space for two people. A large wardrobe, lots of books, a TV and a desk complete the cozy room. Another separate room with two beds and a mini kitchen is accessible from here. The apartment has a shared guest kitchen on the same floor. There is also a hotplate on request. This is well equipped and offers plenty of space to linger. There is plenty of space here for an exciting game night and chatting. Our other apartment “Himmelzimmer 4 two” can be reached via the guest kitchen. Many animals live on our farm. In addition to a watchdog and two cats, there are many horses & ponies. Two donkeys and chickens and our peacocks Max & Moritz feel just as comfortable with us! If you are traveling with your children, you can rent a pony to ride. Take advantage of our beautiful playground area and relax on the loungers or picnic in our garden, which is located between the horse paddocks. The farm is off the road and is perfectly connected. Our adventure farm is extremely conveniently located and is well connected to public transportation. The rounded areas are determined by the charm of the rural Nuremberg garlic country. Distances: Nuremberg (castle): approx. 6 km Erlangen city center: approx. 13 km Fürth center: approx. 5 km Public transport: Bus lines 20, 30, 31 and 33 and trams 4, 10, (station "Am Wegfeld“) are about 400 meters away. Line 33 (station "Johann-Sperl-Str.") is just a few meters from the stable and goes directly to Nuremberg Airport (about 10 minutes). The U-Bahn station U2 Flughafen is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) Parking is available free of charge.
