Shops are an easy 10-minute walk, lake is 2 blocks away, golf, mini-golf, and beaches are a short drive. Have it all in this suburban garden retreat. The space The master bedroom is tucked away in a private corner and boasts a brand new carpet, ensuite bathroom with windows overlooking the hibiscus, and massive walk-in closet. You will enjoy meals in the good-sized kitchen, followed by a chill evening in the spacious living room. A fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board makes chores a breeze. The pièce de résistance is the voluptuous outdoor space. Explore the lush, fully-fenced garden, then relax in the hammock or sip a cocktail on the covered verandah. Finish the day with a delicious BBQ. A great place to relax! Guest access Enjoy the huge, private, master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your culinary delights. Relax in front of the TV in the living room, or take in the generous backyard with hammock, umbrella, and sun loungers. On those hot summer days, take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool. The fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, and iron with small and full-sized ironing boards makes washing day a snap. The laundry door leads directly into the backyard with the Hills Hoist steps away. Other things to note I travel quite a bit for work, so often times you may have the whole place to yourself. Everything you need is provided (toiletries, linens, etc) and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. Cooking basics (olive oil, spices, etc) are also provided. There is an Italian stovetop espresso maker, quality ground coffee, and a range of teas for you to sample. If I am home, you can meet my very friendly (and hypo-allergenic) poodle crosses who love people and other dogs, and are good with cats and other small animals as well. The dogs will probably want you to pat them (most people can't resist!) but if you are not a dog person, that's cool too.
