The bedroom with single beds and the living room have normal windows with beautiful light. Due to the location of the apartment, pleasant temperatures at night are guaranteed even on hot summer days. In addition, the apartment is extremely quiet. You are guaranteed not to be awakened by traffic noise or noise from the neighborhood. The apartment is at the end of a dead end road. The road is practically exclusively used by residents and the turnaround area is well suited as a play area for children. There are also several free parking spaces at the turnaround. For children there are toys (building blocks and Playmobil), puzzles, board games and reading books. Guest access The whole apartment is at the guests' disposal. There is also a private garden corner with barbecue facilities. Other things to note Höchstberg, a small place with about 300 inhabitants, guarantees a quiet, relaxing holiday. The apartment is located on the outskirts. After a 2-3 minute walk you will reach fields, meadows and forests that invite you to extensive excursions. Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2019 "Die wilde Endert" can be hiked from the front door. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 meters) you will find an entrance to the mountain bike trail network "Trailpark Vulkaneifel". The Maarhexenstadt Ulmen, with castle ruins, maar and pond, and also the Center Park Eifel, Gunderath with indoor pool, bowling alley, gastronomy, children's playgrounds and entertainment are just a stone's throw away (about 5 km). Excursions to the surrounding area also lead to the Moselle. Here, Cochem with its all-encompassing castle is especially worth a visit, a castle like a child's dream come true. The Moselle also makes the heart of all wine lovers beat faster. The Nürbugring with its many events, adventure world and cinema make all car fans shine. Many impressive castles are easily accessible: Eltz Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Manderscheid Castles, Nürburg, Monreal Castles, Bürresheim Castle and many other impressive buildings. The Eifel is the region of Germany with the most old walls. Children are enthusiastic about the wildlife and amusement parks in Klotten and Daun. In Daun you will also find a beautiful summer toboggan run. Are you a culture fan? Many events take place especially in the summer months.
