Our newly renovated apartment is designed to provide a cozy and comfortable stay while you're away from home. It comes with your own private entrance, two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, a kitchen equipped for full meal cookings, and a new heating/AC system to keep you comfortable all seasons. It offers convenience and lots of charm. A separate unit above is occupied by me, my husband, our toddler and our orange cat. We're located in the Outer Mission, only 15 mins from downtown or SFO by car. The space Our Airbnb unit is located on the ground floor. Formerly an in-law unit, we converted this space to a private apartment via a legalization process with the city. It features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bath, and a small living room. The two bedrooms are beautifully curated with a vintage and a boho style, respectively. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a large closet and a split-system heat pump that keeps you comfortable all seasons. There is a full-sized pull-out futon (firm) in the living room that can function as a third bed should you need it. The kitchen features some brand new appliances: gas range with 5 burners, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, french press, foam maker, water kettle, blender, rice cooker, hand mixer. It is stocked with essential cook wares, bake wares, and cooking spices for you to enjoy cooking or baking. Help yourself with complimentary assortment of tea, ground coffee, creamer and condiment. This is a quiet residential neighborhood but close to the city. If you're fond of walking, the nearest BART station is Balboa Park, a 12-15 min walk from the house. The Muni bus line (bus 14) is just three blocks from the house. Our living quarter is upstairs and I would love to pop by to say a quick 'hello' if opportunity permits. Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourself. Other things to note Booking Requirements: We currently only accept bookings from guests who have their ID verified by Airbnb and and have a history of positive reviews on Airbnb. We do this because of a history with suspicious users on Airbnb. The person who made the booking must be the person checking in as they will be responsible for all other guests in the group. No visitors are allowed on property unless without prior permission from the owner.
