For our guests convenience, we are pleased to provide complimentary tea, coffee, and basic kitchen supplies. Duck Pond is a relaxing family destination, and no house parties or events are permitted. This rule is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to maintain the integrity of the property. If this rule is violated, the owner will reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, request the guests to vacate the premises, and forfeiture of the deposit.
