After entering, access is via stairs to the common area. 🏡 Apartments All mini apartments are private, new and cozy, ensuring comfort and total privacy. 📺 Amenities • 32” Smart TV with streaming (each guest can use their own password). • We do not offer open channels or football broadcasts. • Complimentary Wi-Fi. • Complete trousseau (bed, table and bath). • Table for meals. • Desk for studies or work. • Created with lamps and books available. Complete 🍳 Kitchen Stove, air fryer, sink, mixer, set of pots, cutlery and various utensils. Tank for small volumes of laundry and internal clothesline. 🚿 Bathroom Porcelain tile finish, electronic shower, hand shower, toilet with padded seat, sink and mirror. 🤫 Rules for a harmonious environment • No smoking in any area of the property. • No parties, noise or visitors are allowed after 8 p.m. • Avoid talking in front of neighboring apartments. • Do not hang objects on windows or railings. • We don't allow pets. • We don't have room to store bicycles. • Visitors exceeding the number of guests on the reservation are not allowed. 📍 Quiet location, close to the historic center and the natural attractions of Catas Altas. Guest access 📍 Privileged Location Our condominium is just 500 meters from the historic center, the events area and the natural attractions of Catas Altas. 🧭 How to get there (reference: Praça da Matriz, facing Serra do Caraça) ➡️ Turn right next to the Post Office. ➡️ Go 300m, pass the cement bridge and the Vaninha Restaurant. ➡️ After 50m, turn left onto Rua Francisco Rodrigues. 👀 You'll already see our gate. 🚗 Parking Park on the street, to the left of the gate. The road is a dead end and monitored by a camera, for your peace of mind. 🔑 Access to the apartment To the right of the gate is a black safe with your key. Enter the password sent after the booking is confirmed, remove the key and access through the gate. Your keychain contains the key to your apartment. I'll be happy to welcome you! Other things to note ✨ To offer a memorable experience, we count on your cooperation: 🚫 We do not allow pets (the apartment space does not accommodate them). 🚲 We have no place to store bicycles and it is not allowed to put them inside the mini apartment. 🚭 No smoking in any area of the condominium, especially inside the apartments. 🪟 Do not hang objects on windows or railings. 🤫 Avoid chatting in front of neighboring apartments. 🌙 After 8 p.m., keep quiet and avoid noise. 🪑 Do not drag the furniture from its original position. 🤝 This way, we ensure a great experience for everyone.
