In this case, we will not be able to refund the guest for any remaining days. Children under the age of 18 may only use the services of our LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses accompanied by a parent or other person authorized by them. The child's companion is responsible for the child's safety and the damage caused by him/her. Immediate expulsion from the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses will result in unworthy and uncultured behavior, disturbing the peace of others and the rest of the community, behavior that offends public morals, noise, and constant littering. Anyone who continues the activity causing the damage after the request is obliged to leave immediately after the damage has been assessed and paid! The guest is obliged to use the tools and equipment of the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses as intended, in the "good host way". The guest is obliged to reimburse the damage caused by improper use at the request of the operator, but no later than before his departure. Any rearrangement of the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses and the relocation of furniture may only be carried out by the operator or his/her designated agent. Taking any movable property in the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses or their garden without the prior written permission of the operator is a criminal offense. The guest acknowledges the inventory list placed in the information folder. Arrival - Departure Our guests can only occupy the LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses after paying the full participation fee! LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival. In addition to choosing weekend dates or Sunday departure, you must leave the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise we will charge an additional fee. For a long weekend, i.e. from Friday to Sunday, the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses must be vacated by 6 pm on Sunday. The codes required to access both the properties and the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses will be sent to the mobile phone number or e-mail provided by the Guest by 13:00 on the day of arrival, depending on the payment of the full participation fee. Upon arrival and departure, the operator is present and available if the guest requests it. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over his/her personal documents (passport or identity card, address card) and the amount to be paid on the spot to the operator for data collection. Our guests can only occupy the LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses after paying the full participation fee. The full participation fee refers to the days booked in advance, in case they decide to interrupt their stay earlier, we will not be able to refund the participation fee. Guest house key Upon arrival, our guests will receive 1 house key in the key safe, which is located at the specified location and is monitored by a camera. Cleaning at every change, however, if required, we also undertake daily cleaning for an additional fee. For longer stays, bed linen and towels are changed weekly. The designated smoking area in the garden is the fireplace, barbecue and its surroundings. DO NOT place candles or candles on the edge of the jacuzzi! Wifi LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses have a Wi-Fi system, the use of which is free of charge. The password for the Wi-Fi connection is included in the information folder in the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses. The operator does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the Wi-Fi. The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the Guest's device or its contents during or as a result of the use of Wi-Fi. The Guest uses the service at their own risk and responsibility. Parking LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses have a parking lot. Please do not park on the street if possible. Heating, hot water LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses have modern electric heating, hot water is produced by an electric boiler. Due to the lack of sewerage, LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses have a modern but finite wastewater storage. With this and the environment in mind, please use running water responsibly! It is strictly FORBIDDEN to place wet swimwear on the radiator panels in the bathrooms, on the electric heating panels, and to cover the ventilation and heating openings of the heating panels! Garden We take care of the gardens of the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses. Please take care of the garden paths, plants and garden furniture! Pets We are unable to accept pets at LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses! Use of jacuzzi and sauna The use of the jacuzzi and sauna is included in the information folder in the LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses. A person with a fever, infectious skin disease cannot use the jacuzzi and sauna. This applies to all LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses. A person under the age of 18 may only use a jacuzzi and sauna under the supervision of an adult. The Guest shall be solely responsible for any failure or improper manner of supervision. The Guest acknowledges and accepts that no water rescue personnel will be provided by the operator during the use of the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi and sauna are located outdoors, so we recommend that you bring your own slippers. Jumping into the jacuzzi is strictly FORBIDDEN and dangerous! Bringing glass and other fragile, sharp, accident-prone objects into the jacuzzi and sauna is FORBIDDEN! The guest is obliged to reimburse the water replacement fee due to a foreign object or any other thing that has entered the jacuzzi! It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use the jacuzzi and sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants! Eating and drinking in the jacuzzi and sauna is FORBIDDEN! Please do not program your own movie channels on TVs. Waste disposal Household waste can be collected in the kitchen and bathroom bins. Error reporting The Guest is obliged to immediately report to the operator any failure of any equipment, furnishing or equipment of the LOMBDELUXE Guesthouses. The operator is not responsible for personal items brought into the area of the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses, including its garden. The Guest is obliged to take care of his/her personal belongings and valuables. This responsibility is not borne by the operator. The assets belonging to the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses cannot be removed from its territory even temporarily. The Guest uses the equipment and other services of the LOMBDELUXE Guest Houses for their intended purpose, in the knowledge and knowledge of their own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the operator excludes liability for damages arising from improper use or use not in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental condition of the Guest.
