Beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom house located in a nice, quiet cove at the 7 MM. Located off of O Hwy, the house is located within a few miles of several restaurants and entertainment options including Tap & Grill, Millstone Marina, a movie theater, golf course and more. All roads leading to the house are paved. By water, the house is located directly across the main channel from Lazy Gators and H Toad’s. Guests will enjoy access to a private dock, a kayak and beautiful sunsets. The space On the first level, guests will enjoy an open floor plan with living room with 65” smart TV, kitchen equipped with cooking and dining essentials, dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom includes a king bed, a set of drawers, 32” TV and has a sliding glass door that walks out to the upper deck and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a king bed and set of drawers and closet. The third bedroom has two double beds and a large closet. There is a walkout from the dining room to the upper level deck which has great views of the lake and includes outdoor dining for four. The lower level includes a second living space with a 55” smart TV and a bedroom that both walk out to the lower level deck. The bedroom includes a king bed and views of the lake. The lower level deck includes a smaller seating area with a swing for two. There is also a large lower patio area, practically on the water with seating for four. Guests will have access to a private 25’x28’ dock with seating for four and four chaise lounges. The dock does have the ability for a 30 foot or less boat to tie up to.
