Our regular CHECK-IN time is after 3PM, and the CHECK-OUT time is before 10AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please confirm and pay at least 1 day in advance. The earliest check-in time and latest check-out time available are both 12PM Noon, with an extra fee of AUD 10/hour prior or after. We also ask that the guest to check out on time to avoid delay in preparing the room for the next guest. If not, there might be a penalty fee of AUD 30 for any delay caused. Thanks for your understanding. Parking is AUD 30/night per car (located at a nearby building), please enquire and booking advance to ensure there is availability. Other things to note EXTRA SERVICES #Extra Bed/Sofa Bed# A double/queen bed can accommodate two guests by default. For 2-3 Guests: we can prepare separate beds without extra charge upon request. For 4 guests or more, we will prepare double/queen beds (for 2 guests) and single bed (for 1 guest) according to the no. of guest in the booking. Extra bed/sofa bed use is $15/day if needed. Please inform us at least one day in advance and complete payment to have it prepared. #Luggage Storage# Luggage storage is $30 for up to 5-6 bags, available from 10:30AM before check-in and until 2:30PM after check-out, subject to availability and space. #Parking# Parking is AUD 30/night per car, located at a nearby building. The car park has a max. height clearance of 2 meters and involves driving into a car lift. Access to the car park will be from 3pm on check-in date to 10am on check-out date. Please enquire and book in advance. #Baby Cot# We can provide a baby cot upon request, which charges $20/cot per night. HOUSE RULE #Strictly NO Party# We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and loud music. Building security will be called out if residents report noise, which will result in guests being vacated from the apartment, with NO refund. #NO DRINKING in Common Area# Drinking alcohol in common area outside the apartment in the building is also not allowed. If such behaviour is recognized by the building management, penalty fee will be charged by them #Smoking Free# Smoking is strictly prohibited. In the event of a false alarm triggered by cooking, please open balcony doors and windows to allow the steam/smoke to escape and turn on bathroom exhaust fans. DO NOT open the apartment door to the hallway, as the smoke detectors in the hallway will call for fire engines instantly. #No Pets# Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to hygiene reasons.
