Thanks to its strategic position, you can easily reach on foot the services of Borgo Sabotino (supermarkets, church, bank, etc.) as well as, with a short walk on the pavement, the seafront, where you can find restaurants, clubs, ice cream parlors and a beautiful cycle path. All this without having to suffer the confusion of the seafront. The space This apartment is located on the top floor of a small two-storey building with lift and private parking space. It offers a double bedroom complete with four-season wardrobe, TV, safe and ceiling fan for cooling. The living room, with air conditioning, features a double sofa bed, table, chairs, another TV and an open kitchen equipped with basic appliances, a dishwasher and a microwave. In the corridor leading to the bathroom there is another large wardrobe. The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with a shower, bidet and window for the right exchange of air. From the living room you exit onto the livable balcony, where there is a small table with chairs for having breakfast or meals. Using a spiral staircase, equipped with gates for the safety of children, you go up to the upper terrace, a true oasis full of greenery, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation, thanks to the presence of sun loungers and showers.
