Maine Vacation Home on the Water

Create memories with family and friends at this well loved waterfront home with plenty of fun to be had whether you’re spending the day floating down the lazy ‘river’, swimming at the small association beach, kayaking on the pond or enjoying meals and games inside. Downtown Windham is minutes away (there is some traffic noise at the property) and has nice shopping and sweet restaurants while Portland is just 16 miles with everything Maine’s largest city has to offer. The space Plenty of room in and out for family and friends to enjoy this well loved, conveniently located home. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with AC and heating throughout. The primary bedroom has water views, king bed, futon, desk, en suite with jacuzzi tub( no separate shower) Also on the main floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed and TV. There is a full bathroom across from this bedroom. Downstairs you will find a game room with pool/ping pong table and darts. The first downstairs bedroom has 2 full beds and a TV and has a sliding glass door with access to the backyard. The 4th bedroom is perfect for kids with 2 bunkbeds and a TV. Also downstairs is a large family room with a large TV, bookshelves with books, puzzles and games and plenty of comfy seating for days in. There is an additional bathroom on this floor with a shower. The backyard offers a large yard with a firepit that sits on the shore of the babbling brook. You can put your inner tube in here and float on to the lake. There is an association beach and dock steps away. There is plenty to do on the water with provided paddle board, kayaks, pedal boat and tubes or simply jump off the dock. If birdwatching is your thing, you may spot eagles, herons and wonderful ducks! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. Please note that there is an in-law apartment that is attached to the home that may or may not be occupied.
